The state’s Division of Family Development has partnered with the Rutgers University-School of Social Work – Institute for Families and Hudson Pride Center in Jersey City to create and deliver anti-discrimination training to social service agencies across the Garden State.

New Jersey has launched a program to increase support for homeless LGBTQI+ individuals who have widely refused to seek out shelters after continuing to encounter discrimination because of their sexual orientation.

The state’s Division of Family Development has partnered with the Rutgers University-School of Social Work – Institute for Families and the Hudson Pride Center in Jersey City to develop anti-discrimination training to social service agencies across the Garden State, including homeless shelters and county boards of social services.
