The Connect 2020 Plan is a community-driven plan! Residents, businesses, municipal officials, and stakeholders participated and provided their input throughout the project through the involvement of a project Steering Committee and outreach efforts including the project website, community surveys, interactive mapping, several public visioning workshops, and outreach at town-wide events.
